Paid plans and promotional placements affect only labelled surfaces within E12. They do not buy or guarantee inclusion, citation or ranking in any external search engine or AI chatbot.

Quote-request fee: $12 per quote request a customer sends to your business through E12. It is logged on each lead in your dashboard. No charge for views, messages or bookings. During the launch period the fee is recorded for reference only and is not collected; we will notify you before any billing starts.
